Our production infrastructure features two state-of-the-art aluminum extrusion presses — one with a capacity of 1100 MT and the other at 1800 MT – engineered to handle diverse and demanding extrusion needs with precision. These high-performance machines operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring continuous production and minimal downtime. Thanks to this robust setup, we are proud to maintain an impressive monthly production capacity of 700 to 800 tons. This capability enables us to serve a wide range of architectural and industrial applications across India and beyond, with unmatched speed, scale, and reliability.

Process

Recycling Aluminium

Aluminum scrap is melted at
660.3°C, puried, and cast into
extrusion logs for further
processing.

Material Hardness

The process involves sawing to
extrusion length, followed by
aging and pre-treatment, and
fnishing with a mill finish.

Extrusion Process

Preheated aluminum billets are
extruded, cooled on the table,
pulled for uniformity, and
inspected for quality.

Inspection & Delivery

The products undergo inspection,
are carefully packed, and then
delivered to the customer.
